UPDATE: BT announces collaboration with AddSecure to provide continuity for Redcare customers

Following BT’s announcement that they are withdrawing their Redcare products, they have this month announced a collaboration with AddSecure, a European provider of alarm signalling solutions.  This will be welcome news to existing customers of BT Redcare who will have access to continued service and migration expertise, delivered by AddSecure.

AddSecure will take on the responsibility of managing customer relationships with alarm receiving centres currently using BT Redcare’s Next Generation portfolio of alarm signalling devices. BT Redcare customers using legacy products will have the option to upgrade to the next generation portfolio with AddSecure You can view the full Announcement here.
