Damage Following Unrest

by | Aug 12, 2024

In the past week, many major cities, and other areas within in the UK, have witnessed dramatic levels of wanton destruction of property, injuries afflicted on their residents and alsothose responsible for trying to preserve law and order, and protect citizens at the same time.

If you have been directly impacted by these events, and have insurance cover in place for the loss or damage to your assets, you should submit details to your Insurers without delay. Some policies will contain more stringent claims reporting conditions than others, and you need to be aware of those to ensure that you do not fall foul of any time limitations which apply and avoid the risk of your claim being unsuccessful simply due to late presentation to your Insurers.

We are here to help our Clients with any queries they may have on the covers and benefits of their insurance policies. Please get in touch if you wish to discuss your own particular circumstances.
