Keegan & Pennykid is delighted to have donated its £2,500 grant from Ecclesiastical Insurance’s “Closer to You” charity programme to Art in Healthcare, in order that they could undertake an arts project at Leuchie House, a charity which offers short respite breaks with 24 hour care for individuals and their carers living with long term physical and neurological conditions.  Guests at Leuchie House worked with artist Emily Learmont to create a new collaborative work of art.  Princess Anne recently visited Leuchie House and she is pictured here with the artwork in the background.

Our vision is ‘Art for every healthcare setting in Scotland’ and our mission is to use visual art to improve health and wellbeing. We value putting the person at the centre of their own health and wellbeing, humanising healthcare environments and the positive health and wellbeing impact of the visual arts. We also value quality, innovation and professionalism and the ideas and ambitions of artists, without whom our work would not be possible.
