Equipment & Buildings Insurance

Standard Cover

All risks new-for-old cover on all scout equipment. Automatic cover anywhere in the world.

Buildings on a full re-instatement basis insured against Accidental Damage.

Glass Damage.

Replacement of locks following theft of keys from the premises or from the home of any keyholders up to £500 any one occurrence.

Accidental Damage to:

• Radio and Television receiving aerials, underground water, gas, electricity, sewage, drainage or telephone pipes, wire or cables extending from the premises to the public main and fixed sanitary ware and fittings.

Money Insurance (£50 excess)

• In premises when unoccupied £250
• In dwelling of authorized person £500
• In premises whilst occupied £10,000
• In transit £5,000

Personal Accident Assault

• Death, Loss of limbs, Eyes and Permanent Total Disablement £5000
• Temporary Total Disablement £50 per week up to 260 weeks
• All as a direct result of robbery or attempted robbery

Clothing & Personal Effects £500 per person

• Damaged as a direct result of robbery or attempted robbery

Equipment and Buildings Sums Insured will be index linked.

£100 excess applies to all claims

Additional cover is available:

Employers' Liability, Public Liability (where not covered by National Scout Scheme) or other cover as necessary by individual arrangement.
